What you'll need…

• Customer service: Experience in the service industry, dealing with diverse customers. We welcome candidates from backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, or the creative arts where customer focus is essential.
• Leadership: Ability to work independently within a small team (2-5 people). Our leaders are inspiring, caring, and nurturing, motivating their teams to deliver excellent customer service every day.
• Tech skills: Proficiency with basic IT packages like MS Office. We will provide training on our specific systems.
• Problem solving: Ability to think quickly and handle new challenges daily, ensuring smooth centre operations.
