What you'll need…
  • Customer service - This is at the heart of what we do, so you should have a background in the service industry and experience dealing with diverse customers.
  • Leadership - You'll work in a small team (2-5 people depending on the centre size), so experience working independently is important.
  • Tech skills - Familiarity with basic IT packages such as MS Office is required; we will teach you the rest.
  • Problem Solving - No two days are the same, and you'll need to think on your feet to overcome challenges and ensure smooth centre operations.
