Responsibilities

• Procurement, Finance & Budgets: Prepare, process, and track procurement documentation for the Communications Department; liaise with Finance to ensure invoices and payments are processed on time; maintain budget trackers; ensure compliance with policies; support budget submissions and expenditure reports; act as administrative focal point between Communications, Procurement and Finance.
