About the Role

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the sourcing strategy for your assigned commodities, delivering cost savings, and ensuring supplier performance. Leading a team of sourcing specialists, you’ll focus on procurement value creation while managing supplier relationships and aligning with business needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute commodity sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Identify and deliver procurement value opportunities and cost savings projects (TCO focus)
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations to influence decision-making at ExCo level
  • Ensure procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned across business units
  • Lead and develop a team of sourcing specialists
  • Manage supplier performance and drive service delivery improvements
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3-year qualification
