The role requires both documentation development and active participation in the commissioning process, supported by OEMs and onsite operational & maintenance teams, ensuring that all process, mechanical and EC&I systems are fully operational on behalf of the client and aligned with the project requirements.Key Responsibilities : Facilitate, support, develop and finalise commissioning documentation for process, mechanical and EC&I systems, tailored to specific equipment types.Lead and participate in the commissioning of systems, including (but not limited to) : pumps, motors.
mixers, blowers, tanks, screens, actuators, valves and instrumentsAlign documentation with C1 – C4 commissioning phases.Collaborate closely with OEMs, site-based operational and maintenance teams who will support hands-on commissioning activities.Ensure equipment readiness and integration across all systems for efficient plant startup.Address any issues identified during commissioning and document resolutions with relevant stakeholders.Requirements : Proven experience in the commissioning of water treatment or industrial processing plants, particularly brewery effluent treatment.Strong background in developing and executing equipment-specific commissioning documentation.Sound knowledge of process, mechanical and EC&I systems.Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (remote work and on-site presence as needed).Ideal Candidate : Engineering qualification (Mechanical, or Mechatronics preferred).Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.Familiar with industry standards for commissioning processes, facilitating, supporting, witnessing and documentation development with OEMs.Available immediately.Application : Interested candidates with relevant experience in water treatment plant commissioning are invited to apply.
