Job summary

A leading staffing solutions provider is seeking a qualified Commissioning Completion Coordinator for the Neptun Project. The role involves providing technical assistance during commissioning and startup activities across industrial projects. Candidates should have a Master's or Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in commissioning and compression gas, preferably with EPC Projects experience. This position is located in Italy (Fano) – Romania and requires fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commissioning and compression gas.
• Experience in EPC Projects is preferable.

• Provide technical assistance during new Production Facility execution.
• Ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to normal operations.
• Participate in design reviews and prepare Purchase Requisitions.

Job description

Our client is seeking a qualified and experiencedCommissioning Completion Coordinator for Neptun Project to join their dynamic and expanding team. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the execution of commissioning and start-up activities across complex industrial projects. This position involves close collaboration with theProject Commissioning and Operations Lead, and requires a strong technical background, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to interface effectively with multidisciplinary teams. This position is based in Italy (Fano) – Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all activities under his responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements.
• Provide support during Pre Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR) meetings, HSE meetings, etc.
• Coordinate root cause analysis investigations and prepare relevant reports for operational issues which affects the HSE, the systems availability and the production.
• Together with Asset Maintenance dept. prepare and manage planning minimum shut down maintenance (budget, manning, materials, etc.)
• Develop transfer of knowledge and relevant solutions (e.g., feedbacks on solutions assessing/developing how to implement the same solution on the other vessels)
• Management of change coordination of the entire process of design change of process/equipment onboard, provide technical support, changes requirements (i.e. HAZID, HAZOP, Risk Assessment) in conjunction with the HSE Dept.
• During the project execution phase of a new leased Production Facility, provides technical assistance to the Pre-Operations Manager and team on the project as requested.
• Smooth transition between Comm and Ops At the time of commissioning and Operations start-up of anew leased Production Facility, provide continuous technical assistance to ensure a smooth transition from the commissioning team, deliverables, activities (punch lists, marked-up engineering documents, energized and commissioned systems, etc.) to the commencement of normal operations activities.
• Participate to design reviews (e.g. HAZOP, 3D model, Commissionability review meetings, etc.)
• Prepare the Purchase Requisitions (RDA) and Technical Evaluation falling within own sphere of responsibility.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in commissioning and compression gas.
• EPC Projects experience preferably.
• Fluent in English.
