Commission-Only Telesales Consultant

Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, self-motivated Telesales Consultant to help expand our reach by:

1. Selling our accredited stress management and resilience training programmes to companies, institutions, and individuals.
2. Securing paid speaking opportunities for our expert speakers across corporate, educational, conference, and public platforms.

This role is commission-based, offering attractive earnings on both training programme sales and speaker bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and email follow-ups to leads and prospective clients.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of Bio-Mastery’s training programmes and speaking engagements.
• Identify and close opportunities for public speaking, keynotes, webinars, and panel appearances.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the internal team for onboarding new clients and confirming logistics.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.

What You’ll Earn

• Commission on training programme sales.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven telesales or business development experience (experience in training or events a plus).
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with cold calling and pitching.
• Professional, goal-driven, and self-managed.
• Familiarity with the corporate, wellness, or training sectors is advantageous.
