Job summary

The Capital Hotels & Apartments invites applications for a Commis Chef role in our Sandton kitchen. You will assist in preparing and serving food under the supervision of Senior Chefs, contributing to smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

The position requires basic culinary training and at least 1 year of kitchen experience, with strong communication, teamwork, and a hands-on problem solving approach in a fast-paced environment.

The Commis Chef is responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of food for guests under the supervision of all Senior Chefs. The main component of the position is food production.
