Flagship Commercial and Passenger vehicle dealership situated in Boksburg urgently require Commercial Vehicle Truck Diesel Mechanics whose duties will also include those of a Service Advisor, to join their impressive team of top achievers from the motor industry.

Responsibilities :

1. Routine maintenance: Checking oil, lubrication, batteries, nuts and bolts, and other items
2. Diagnosing problems: Using advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues in a vehicle
3. Repairing and replacing parts: Fixing damaged electrical components and parts, and repairing or replacing worn parts like brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors
4. Preventing problems: Taking steps to prevent new problems from developing
5. Communicating with clients: Explaining automotive problems and repairs to clients; issuing quotes to customers
6. Performing engine rebuilds: Performing tasks from routine services to complete engine rebuilds
7. Reading manuals: Reading and understanding operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3-5 years in same or similar role as Truck Mechanic / Service Advisor experience in a Commercial Motor Industry environment
• Excellent understanding of automotive trucking industry
• Commercial Vehicle experience ESSENTIAL!!!
