Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician, preferably in a fleet maintenance setting.
• In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, braking systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems in heavy-duty vehicles.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other relevant mechanical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures in a workshop environment.
