Job summary

Deka Minas (Pty) Ltd in Roodepoort is seeking a Commercial Claims Consultant to manage end-to-end processing of motor and non-motor claims, including loading, processing and finalising each file in our busy Roodepoort office.

The role requires 3–5 years of claims experience (ideally in motor traders insurance) and an RE5 certificate (completed or currently studying). You will collaborate with suppliers and repairers and must communicate clearly while delivering prompt feedback.

Job description

Commercial Claims Consultant required for a well established underwriting company in Roodepoort. This role is responsible for processing of claims from start to finish. This will include loading, processing and finalising all motor and non-motor claims. Please note that this role is full time office based and you will be required to work in the office based in Roodepoort.
