The purpose of the role is to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Commercial team by handling essential administrative, operational, and event-related tasks, allowing the department to focus on strategic initiatives, business development, and revenue growth.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director and relevant departments, including diary management, PR, travel arrangements, liaison, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Manage travel arrangements for the division
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders
  • Handle commercial administration tasks
  • Prepare customized reports regularly
  • Manage internal projects
  • Oversee purchase orders and payments
  • Handle commission administration and customer pricing communication
  • Ensure departmental policy compliance
  • Address customer queries
  • Manage the department's KRA process
Demand Planning and Data Analysis
  • Assist in maximizing sales opportunities
  • Participate in MRP planning and sales data review
  • Manage sales order drafting and coordination with sales and supply chain
  • Review sales figures and analyze sales baskets
  • Conduct distribution, gap, and competition activity analysis
  • Create reports, including brand equity calculations
Customer and Event Management
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and CRM implementation
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution
Health and Safety
  • Participate in safety forums and meetings
  • Follow safety policies, report incidents, and attend safety training
  • Wear protective clothing when necessary
