The purpose of the role is to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Commercial team by handling essential administrative, operational, and event-related tasks, allowing the department to focus on strategic initiatives, business development, and revenue growth.
Qualification and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a related field
- Relevant working experience in an administrative/coordinative capacity
- Computer literacy – MS Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Valid driver's license

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director and relevant departments, including diary management, PR, travel arrangements, liaison, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Manage travel arrangements for the division
- Coordinate with external stakeholders
- Handle commercial administration tasks
- Prepare customized reports regularly
- Manage internal projects
- Oversee purchase orders and payments
- Handle commission administration and customer pricing communication
- Ensure departmental policy compliance
- Address customer queries
- Manage the department's KRA process
Demand Planning and Data Analysis
- Assist in maximizing sales opportunities
- Participate in MRP planning and sales data review
- Manage sales order drafting and coordination with sales and supply chain
- Review sales figures and analyze sales baskets
- Conduct distribution, gap, and competition activity analysis
- Create reports, including brand equity calculations
Customer and Event Management
- Develop strategies for customer retention and CRM implementation
- Manage all aspects of event planning and execution
Health and Safety
- Participate in safety forums and meetings
- Follow safety policies, report incidents, and attend safety training
- Wear protective clothing when necessary
Employee Management and Development
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
