Job description

We're seeking a Commercial Support Coordinator - 12 Months Independent Contractor - Bryanston.

To provide administrative support to the Commercial Department by tracking applications from tenants, processing of approvals and associated lease agreements and capturing leases on the billing tool. Process renewals and track with tenants to ensure renewal prior to expiry. Assisting in all administrative-related duties.

MUST have a Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract management administration (Essential)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Please track tenant applications on the Site Share portal and make sure they're done with relevant stakeholders within the agreed SLA.
  • Calculate monthly rental per approved application, issue leases and ensure conclusion between tenant and Delegation of Authority, in relevant tools, eg. Site Share portal and Docusign.
  • Process duly signed leases on relevant tools, eg. SharePoint and SAP.
  • To assist with all internal and external application and billing enquiries, and provide updated status reports.
  • Coordinate applications from tenants based on agreed timelines
  • Finalise lease renewals before expiry
  • Capture accurate information on tools

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)

Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Facilities management, Property management, Project management, Finance management, Contract management (Essential)

MUST have a Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract management administration (Essential)

MUST have 1 - 2 years of financial experience
