Our client is a provider of efficient lighting solutions and they are looking for a Commercial Sales Service & Admin Expert to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer care through proper processing of orders, purchase orders & enquiries. Coordinating the flow of information with other areas and supporting the field service and Admin Duties.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of orders, purchase orders and enquiries
• Coordinating the flow of information with other areas
• Support of the field service in order processing
• Necessary marketing activities not covered by HQ
• Administrative and Finance Duties as required

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• Any relevant tertiary qualifications (added advantage)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 3 + Years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong administrative background
• Basic financial knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP
