Job summary

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with professional working proficiency in Spanish to join our GTM team in Cape Town.

As a Commercial Sales Representative (Spanish Speaker), you will drive renewal strategies, proactively build relationships, deliver business outcomes, mitigate risks and churn, and provide insights.

What you will do

  1. Drive Renewal Strategy – Develop and execute retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for accounts.
  2. Proactively Build Relationships – Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and customers to influence adoption and success.
  3. Supporting Customers – Guide customers to available support channels as part of the value DigiCert provides.
  4. Delivering Business Outcomes – Define business outcomes and orchestrate success plans aligned with customer priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics.
  5. Mitigating Risk and Churn – Interpret usage data, focus on 'at-risk' customers to mitigate churn, and identify opportunities for value optimization.
  6. Enabling Customers – Demonstrate and educate customers on relevant functionalities to increase adoption.
  7. Delivering Insights – Share insights relevant to customers' workflows and act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback on their experiences.
  8. Territory: Hispanophone countries.

What you will have

  1. 3+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle (inside or field sales) in the software industry.
  2. Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English.
  3. Proficiency in Portuguese is beneficial.
  4. Ability to navigate objections and challenges effectively to achieve win-win outcomes and renewals.
  5. Experience in transactional, high-velocity sales.
  6. Excellent time management skills.
  7. Strong collaboration skills with internal operational and account management teams.
  8. Experience facilitating customer meetings and presenting concisely and convincingly.
  9. Strong verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to organize and execute a sales plan.
  10. A curious mindset, a desire to learn, and a competitive spirit.
