The successful Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts, staying informed about new products and competition
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops and reviewing industry publications
- Managing and leading a high-performing sales team
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Providing accurate revenue and sales forecasts to the management team
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Sales Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a sales executive, meeting or exceeding targets
- Prior experience in the FMCG sector
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to position products effectively against competitors
- Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
- The candidate must reside in Mozambique
