This client-facing role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a strong understanding of the built environment.
You’ll be responsible for securing product specifications, building lasting relationships, and driving business development across commercial construction projects.
Minimum Requirements:
5 or more years’ B2B external sales experience
Industry experience in architectural surfaces, interior finishes, or construction-related products
Proven ability to secure new business and close project-based sales
Strong communication and client engagement skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute independently
Solid understanding of the commercial building and design space
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial project sales
Engage directly with architects, quantity surveyors, developers, and contractors
Secure early-stage product specifications and manage relationships through to project completion
Represent the brand in high-level client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock availability and on-time delivery
Provide accurate reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and account development
Manage competing demands and project timelines while maintaining service excellence
