Northpoint Realty Group is seeking motivated Commercial Real Estate Brokers and Residential Agents.

We offer two broker/agent models:

  1. 70% commission split with achievable minimum revenue requirements.
  2. 80% commission split plus profit share for team leaders with at least 5 qualifying agents/brokers, including a profit share at the 70% level.

For Team Leaders

Managing a minimum of 5 active agents/brokers, you can earn through:

  • Income from personal efforts and team turnover (average first deal in 6 weeks).
  • Profit sharing: up to 6% of gross company commission from each team transaction.

Expected earnings for the first year with 10 team members range from R, to R,.

Responsibilities include:
  • Sales and leasing of various property types: offices, warehouses, factories, land, investments, residential, and new developments.
  • Prospecting for tenants and buyers.
  • Marketing listings across multiple channels.
  • Matching clients with suitable properties.
  • Networking with stakeholders.
