We are on the lookout for a competitive & ambitious person to join our Johannesburg team of leasing and sales advisers (brokers) based out of our Bryanston offices.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales & leasing of commercial properties i.e. offices, warehouses, factories, commercial land, investments & new commercial developments.
- Prospecting for new corporate tenants & buyers.
- Canvassing for vacancies within the commercial and industrial property arena.
- Adding listings to our various marketing channels.
- Matching tenants with appropriate vacancies.
- Networking with landlords, tenants, and other commercial property stakeholders.
- Negotiating lease & sales agreements.
Qualifications:
- Possess good people skills.
- Conduct yourself with integrity and professionalism.
- Be willing to learn.
- Hardworking with immense grit and enthusiasm and an unstoppable work ethic.
- No property experience is required BUT sales experience is a must.
- Full training, mentorship, and support provided.
- Basic salary + commission (25%) for the first 3 months (% commission based after initial 3 months).
- 8 weeks average time to complete your first deal.
- Target earnings for Year 1 should be (Rk – Rk), Year 2 (Rk +).
- Best Industry remuneration with commission splits & further target driven incentives.
