About The Role

At X, bigly labs, loyalty is a strategic growth engine – and partnerships are its multiplier. As our Commercial Manager, you’ll lead the commercial enablement of loyalty and strategic partnerships, ensuring every offer, campaign, and collaboration delivers measurable value. You’ll negotiate value exchanges, support pricing and discount logic, and track partner performance to ensure alignment with our business goals.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, partnerships, or loyalty – ideally within retail or customer engagement environments
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, campaign economics, and value proposition design
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and measurable impact
What You Will Be Doing
  • Strategic Partnerships & Value Exchange
    • Develop and manage commercial partnerships across loyalty and strategic ecosystems
    • Define and negotiate value exchanges that deliver mutual benefit and customer impact
    • Build frameworks for partner engagement, onboarding, and performance tracking
  • Commercial Strategy & Performance
    • Align partner offers with loyalty proposition and commercial objectives
    • Monitor campaign performance and partner ROI using commercial metrics
    • Support pricing, discount logic, and promotional mechanics in collaboration with finance and category teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product, legal, and data teams to ensure seamless integration of partner offers
    • Contribute to go-to-market planning and loyalty programme governance
