Qualifications / Requirements:

1. B.Com Business Management Degree/similar (MBA would be advantageous)
2. Retail/FMCG experience would be advantageous
3. Strong and proven leadership skills
4. Strong decision maker, with exceptional communication and negotiating skills
5. Dynamic, results-driven, hands-on leader, with high energy level
