As Commercial Manager, you will be joining an award-winning Developer who work across London. You will be based in their East London office where you will successfully manage the team. They have a turnover of over £1bn and are planning to continue to grow. Key Responsibilities of Commercial Manager:

• Attend regular team meetings
• Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
• Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
• Review project cash flows with team and present to Commercial Director
• Maintain positive and successful client relationships.

Key Requirements of Commercial Manager:

They are looking for a strong leader who has effectively mentored others in their role previously. You must demonstrate commitment, teamwork and integrity.

• Live within commutable distance to East London
• Experience in dispute resolution and contract administration at a Developer
• Experience in leading a commercial team
• Construction related degree is ideal but not essential
