SUMMARY: Purpose of the job:
To manage and lead the commercial aspects of the department to achieve goals and targets outlined in the sales budget, taking responsibility for the overall management cycle with a focus on inventory management and pricing within agreed deadlines, compliance, and risk frameworks.
To investigate, formulate, and develop new commercial business concepts with proven financial feasibility, implementing plans for growth and sustainability aligned with targeted strategies.

Accurate, timely financial analysis and reporting:
Manage short- and medium-term business planning, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Prepare sales and gross profit analyses and scheduled reports on time and in full.
Sales and Procurement management:
Review monthly sales plans with optimal coordination between all internal & external stakeholders. Seek opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and maximizing opportunities with beneficial consideration of purchasing and sales customers.
Risk and compliance management:
Manage and control sales and procurement processes to ensure safe collection and compliance with all necessary regulations, company standards, and statutory frameworks.
Identify new business opportunities aligned with targeted plans:
Research & analyze capabilities, lead projects from inception to full implementation, emphasizing commercial viability and financial feasibility. Demonstrate strong project management and delegation skills within a matrix structure.
Take full responsibility for performance management and development of all direct reports.
