Commercial Manager position available in Cape Town.

Our client based in Cape Town is looking to hire a Commercial Manager who will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing financial performance to drive company growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience in opening branches in Africa, as this aligns with the company’s strategic direction moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
