The role requires assisting the legal team in ensuring compliance with JSE requirements, drafting legal agreements, and providing guidance on property and construction-related legal matters. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. Qualifications

• 1-2 years' post-admission experience required.
• Notary and Conveyancing qualifications or experience advantageous.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration to ensure compliance with various legislation and JSE requirements.
• Support the legal team in POPIA compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Draft and update policies to ensure legislative adherence.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and updating all legal agreements within the group.
• Provide support on rental queries and legal aspects of development projects.
