Novonesis has recently acquired the DSM-firmenich share of the feed enzyme alliance, positioning us as the world's leading BioSolutions provider in animal health and nutrition (pending regulatory approvals).

In this role, you will manage accounts across the territory, promoting feed enzymes and probiotics that support animal health, performance, and sustainability. Your customers will include feed millers, integrators, pre-mixers, and distribution partners—each vital in the value chain.

In This Role You'll Make An Impact By:
  1. Delivering business targets related to revenue, margin, profit, and costs.
  2. Leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales & technical team, setting clear expectations, enabling development, and fostering high performance.
  3. Engaging key accounts and maintaining direct relationships with high-impact clients to stay aligned with market needs.
  4. Executing commercial engagements and translating global and regional sales strategies into actionable plans.
  5. Managing opportunities, understanding channel, pricing, and product strategy.
  6. Collaborating with regional marketing, demand planners, and global functions to ensure customer success.
  7. Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, owning the sales pipeline and ensuring accurate tracking and communication to senior stakeholders.
To Succeed You Must:
  • Hold a degree in science or a related field; a master's in business management is advantageous.
  • Have demonstrated experience in sales or account management within the animal nutrition industry, with 8-10 years of work experience and 3-5 years managing cross-functional teams.
  • Be capable of handling remote teams and stakeholders within a matrix organization.
  • Understand channel management and distribution strategies.
  • Be an inspiring leader, energizing teams and leading by example.
  • Be supportive, providing clarity and coaching for success.
  • Maintain an external focus on market trends, customers, and competitors.
  • Leverage diverse expertise through collaboration.
  • Be strategic, analytical, and able to connect commercial activities to business goals.
  • Communicate inclusively, building networks across functions and hierarchies.
