Qualifications

• LLB degree and admission as an Attorney or Advocate.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in commercial law with contract and corporate advisory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with pragmatic advice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; client-facing experience.
• Experience as a consultant or advisory capacity is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, leases, and service agreements.
• Advise on compliance issues related to consumer protection, data privacy, and industry-specific regulations.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations on business opportunities and risks.
• Assist in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures.
• Support project teams with legal input for new business ventures and strategic partnerships.
