Commercial Law Attorney position available in Irene, Centurion.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Presentable and professional
2. Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English (verbal and written) for client communication
3. Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney
4. Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Commercial Law or B Finance Degree is advantageous
5. Minimum 4 years post-admission experience in Commercial Law and Corporate Law (non-litigious specialization)
6. Fully independently functional with strong contract drafting skills
7. Sound knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax
8. Business acumen and understanding of commercial transactions
9. Computer literate in MS Office
10. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
11. Stable employment record with contactable references
12. Seeking a long-term career opportunity with the firm
