Commercial Law Attorney position available inIrene, Centurion.

Minimum Requirements:

• Presentable and professional
• Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English a must (Full proficiency, verbal and written – Afr & Eng client base)
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must
• Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Commercial Law / B.Com Finance Degree advantageous
• Minimum 4 years post admission experience in Commercial Law and Corporate Law a must (Commercial Law specialisation – None Litigious)
• Fully independently functional
• Strong contract drafting skills essential
• Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax etc.
• Business intelligence and grasp of commercial transactions
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Stable employment record and contactable references
