Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting for new commercial clients in the
area through face-to-face appointments.
Conducting detailed business insurance needs analyses.
Recommending and offering the right business insurance solutions.
Meeting premium targets as set by management.
Maintaining a full and active sales pipeline.
Building and retaining strong, trust-based client relationships.
Keeping reports accurate and up-to-date.
Investing in ongoing personal and professional development.
Requirements : Fluent in English.
Matric certificate.
FAIS credits
RE5 certificate.
At least
3 years of commercial insurance face-to-face sales experience.
Valid drivers licence and own transport..
Proven sales success record.
Task-orientated, results-driven, and accountable.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, structured, and able to work independently.
Computer literate with solid knowledge of MS Office.
