Our client, a major shareholder in various property and other funds, is seeking a Fund Manager capable of steering operations and identifying investment opportunities across a broad portfolio. Supported by group entities for capital raising, treasury, development, and property management, this role aims to maximize the potential of both in-house and outsourced professional services to unlock value.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, dynamic professional with at least an Honours Degree in Finance, Economics, or Property, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in South Africa. They should have a proven track record of creating growth opportunities for investors, identifying value-adding initiatives in real estate, and maintaining a stable career trajectory. An extensive network within the South African property industry and proficiency in Excel are essential.
