• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for offices, restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic zones.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address cleaning deficiencies or maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
• Handle employee performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address staff-related issues.
• Liaise with building management and other departments to coordinate services and respond to special requests.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, supply usage, and staff attendance.
• Promote a positive and safe working environment for the cleaning team.
• Assist with cleaning duties when necessary to maintain operational flow.
