Job description

Our team in Pomona currently has an opening for a Commercial Excellence Manager.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

In the assigned territorial organization unit, responsible for providing strategic and commercial leadership for sustainable and profitable growth.

  • Lead projects independently and as part of a team within the region, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with quality.
  • Deliver training sessions across the region with at least 80% participant satisfaction.
  • Assess maturity levels and identify potential areas for Excellence roll-out.
  • Promote continuous improvement as a core part of the Excellence initiatives within the region.
  • Collaborate with line managers to determine resources needed for Excellence projects.
  • Participate in project prioritization decisions.
  • Build and develop a team aligned with Excellence standards and organizational needs.
YOUR PROFILE
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management, communications, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Certifications such as Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) are advantageous, demonstrating commitment to the field and ongoing learning.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service, customer experience management, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in customer experience tools and software, including feedback management systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
