About this Position
As an Application Engineering Intern, you will support our technical sales team in delivering technical applications and solutions that meet customer requirements. You will assist in product selection, application development, and solution customization, while gaining practical exposure to industrial systems and technologies.
What You´ll Do
- Maximize organizational efficiency by optimizing business processes that support customers and the sales team
- Focus on POS excellence through a compelling MCH and sell-out strategy
- Contribute to the price increase and contractual strategy
- Implement global initiatives such as KA Excellence, DNA, CRM, Sales Trainings, eShop, customer segmentation, NRM; exploit best practices to sustain operational sales excellence
- Support sales enablement with a comprehensive sales tool strategy
- Provide data, reports, and guidance to help the sales team achieve targets and drive customer engagement
- Establish KPI management with targets and priorities to ensure perfect execution
- Lead team efforts in pricing, promo efficiency, assortment, and trade inventory analysis to maximize revenues and develop guidelines/recommendations with sales and marketing
- Lead the strategic category management agenda with key customers and channels
- Summarize and communicate actionable insights from external/internal data sources
- Coordinate sales training, development, and upskilling initiatives
- Coordinate initiatives related to RF, stock management, slow movers, expiry dates, product availability, L16 optimization, and stock clearance
