Main responsibilities will include :
- Analyse sales and commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize sales processes and tools.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform commercial strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on market and competitive dynamics.
- Evaluate and improve commercial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of commercial processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales and commercial capabilities.
- Support the onboarding and development of new sales team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams to drive performance improvement.
About you
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Excellence Analyst or similar role.
- Experience in the medical devices sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sales and commercial processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
