SUMMARY :

POSITION INFO :

Job Purpose

To achieve the commercial objectives and revenue targets of the business.

Lead the Commercial team responsible for growing market share. Collaborate

with peer Commercial and Sales Heads to leverage sales distribution networks and

marketing platforms to ensure brand consistency, policy, and pricing integrity. Work

with broader cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business success. Lead

specific strategic accounts to grow market share, foster brand loyalty, identify new

business development opportunities, and enhance the brand's visibility.

Understand market conditions, industry trends, and business operations to inform

business marketing and sales strategies. Work with the Head of Marketing to plan

and execute marketing campaigns to generate new revenue streams and promote

business growth.

Success is measured by the ability to expand the company’s commercial activities

and generate revenue streams for sustainable growth.

Responsibilities :

  1. Develop, plan, and implement strategies aligned with business goals to promote growth.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities and threats.
  3. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop acquisition strategies.
  4. Collaborate with departments across the company (marketing, sales, etc.).
  5. Assist in setting financial targets, developing budgets, and monitoring performance.
  6. Monitor commercial activity performance using key metrics and report to senior management.
  7. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements :

  1. A minimum of 10 years of sales or commercial experience.
  2. Previous experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage.
  3. Excellent sales network and reputation; high knowledge of regional partners and key accounts.
  4. Outstanding presentation and organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  6. Strong commercial awareness, analytical and creative thinking, strategic mindset, and understanding of business operations, finances, sales, marketing, and market conditions.
  7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
  8. Experience in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies.
  9. Deep understanding of sector-specific market research and analysis.
  10. Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  11. Strong attention to detail, time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  12. Business qualification (BSc/BA/MSc/MA) or equivalent work experience.
  13. Proactive, driven, and enthusiastic attitude.
  14. Awareness or experience in the cruise industry.
