A vacancy has arisen in the Commercial Department for a Competition Secretary for our client, a Big Law firm based in Sandton.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  1. Litigation, commercial and competition secretarial experience essential.
  2. Litigation: Drafting and formatting of notices and pleadings during a Competition Tribunal / civil litigation process.
  3. Full secretarial functions.
Requirements:
  1. 4-5 years experience as a legal secretary.
  2. Excellent knowledge of and technical skills with MS Word programmes (more specifically MS Word 2010), MS Excel essential and PowerPoint essential.
  3. Knowledge on Aderant Expert (CMS) and iManage.
