• Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of South African contract and commercial law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and supplier/service contracts.
• Provide timely legal advice on day-to-day operational issues to business units.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including consumer protection and employment law.
• Assist in managing litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Conduct legal research and provide risk/opportunity analyses.
