We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Commercial / Corporate Sales Specialist (Business development) to join our Richards Bay team and help us reach new heights.

Role Overview :

Are you a go-getter, motivated to achieve results and up for a challenge? Do you have the ability to grow and nurture customer relationships? If so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team as a Commercial Business Development Manager. In this role, you will focus on driving business growth, developing strong relationships with corporate / commercial clients, and strategically growing our market presence.

Your role :

  • Drive Growth : Source, engage, and secure new corporate / commercial clients to boost revenue.
  • Build Key Relationships : Establish and nurture long-term connections with senior decision-makers.
  • Lead Sales Strategy : Develop and implement plans to exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with marketing and product teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Present with Impact : Deliver persuasive pitches and product demos that showcase value.
  • Stay Ahead : Track market trends, competitors, and client feedback to refine offerings.

What you bring :

  • Proven B2B Sales Success : A history of closing deals and surpassing targets.
  • Strong Communicator : Confident in engaging stakeholders through clear, compelling communication.
  • Goal-Oriented : Driven, self-starter with a focus on results and overcoming obstacles.
  • Digitally Fluent : Skilled in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and modern sales tools.

What we're looking for :

  • Matric (completed grade 12)
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of current external commercial or corporate direct sales experience with a focus on new business development.
  • Experience in solutions sales (SaaS, IT, Telecoms, Technology, etc.), ideally within sectors like Transport, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • Valid drivers license
  • Tech savvy- comfortable using CRM systems, proficient in MS Office and latest sales tools.

  • Proactive & Self-Motivated : Driven to achieve results with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Strong Administrative Skills : Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; skilled in CRM management, reporting, scheduling, and maintaining accurate sales records to support efficient operations.
