Commercial Claims Specialist

Commercial Claims Consultant required for a well established underwriting company in Roodepoort.

This role is responsible for processing of claims from start to finish. This will include loading, processing and finalising all motor and non-motor claims.

Please note that this role is full time office based and you will be required to work in the office based in Roodepoort.

Responsibilities

1. Loading, processing and finalising motor and non-motor claims
2. Manage claims in accordance with company procedures
3. Collect accurate info and documents to proceed with a claim
4. Prompt feedback and handling of claims
5. Discuss the claim with suppliers and repairers when necessary

Requirements

1. 3 - 5 years Claims experience (ideally in Motor Traders Insurance)
2. RE5 Certificate (Completed or currently studying)

4. Good time management skills
5. Planning and organising
