Placements24 is assisting a client in Paarl in finding a highly accomplished Commercial Attorney to join their respected firm. The role focuses on handling complex commercial transactions, advising a diverse client base, and contributing to strategic growth in the Western Cape.

You will draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide array of agreements, provide expert counsel on corporate law, M&A, and general commercial matters, and maintain excellent client service in an in-office setting in Paarl.

Qualifications

• Admitted as an Attorney with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
• Proven expertise in contract law, corporate law, and transactional work.
• Experience managing complex M&A deals and corporate advisory matters.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills; client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on corporate law, commercial transactions, and business structuring.

You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing a wide array of commercial agreements, providing expert counsel on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and general commercial matters. The role requires a strong business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service within a professional, in-office setting.

Key Responsibilities
