Job Summary

To optimise the sales capacity of the team to grow the business and to plan, manage, and monitor the implementation of sales processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans effectively and efficiently.

Job Description

• Sales Target: Proactively contact customers to meet sales targets.
• Collaboration: Improve ways of working by challenging the status quo, supporting an empowering team environment, sharing knowledge, experience, and providing constructive feedback.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities adhere to control, compliance, and quality standards.
• Customer Experience: Provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.

Education

Bachelor's Degree and Professional Qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required)
