Key Responsibilities

• Install, connect, and commission a variety of commercial appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and laundry machines, according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and servicing on commercial appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with commercial appliances.
• Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard.
• Conduct post-installation inspections and provide client training on basic operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, installations, repairs, parts used, and time spent.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• A technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Appliance Repair, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in installing and servicing commercial appliances.
• Strong understanding of electrical, gas, and plumbing systems relevant to commercial appliances.
