Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Commercial Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team in Kempton Park, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating commercial vehicle dealers, assessing financial and operational risks, and supporting the development of strategic decisions in line with the company’s objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out brand sales maintenance and jointly promote sales initiatives.
- Expand the market actively, conduct industry research, visit dealers regularly, track market trends, and provide feedback. Propose and implement marketing plans, and analyze marketing effects and responses.
- Manage promotional materials, including registration, storage, inspection, updates, and distribution in dealer showrooms.
- Promote and implement the company's new products, policies, and online sales strategies.
- Handle network cooperation and credit applications for dealers and institutional customers, including pre-loan investigations.
- Manage dealer channel activities and post-loan management of wholesale customers, including handling business vouchers and customer certificates.
- Implement risk control measures, conduct vehicle mortgage authenticity inspections, and manage regional business risks.
- Oversee repayment tracking, collection, litigation, preservation, and write-offs.
- Develop and execute training plans for dealers at all levels.
- Manage voucher printing, collection, and transmission between the company and dealers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
- Matric or higher, with a major in finance, economics, accounting, or management.
- NCR certification preferred.
- Over three years of relevant experience, proficient in customer relationship management and risk assessment.
- Ability to classify dealers by scale and risk, apply targeted marketing, and manage contract risks and overdue loans.
- Strong foundation in finance principles, financial analysis, and industry-specific risks.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and evaluating dealer performance and growth.
- Understanding of commercial vehicle retail finance rules, procedures, and industry trends.
- Knowledge of group products, dealer networks, and fleet operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
