Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CIMA/ACCA qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years in commercial accounting or business partnering.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, costs, and profitability across units.
• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts for commercial ops.
• Prepare regular management reports on performance with trends and variances.
• Provide financial input for pricing, marketing, and promotions.
• Develop and track KPIs related to commercial activities.
• Evaluate financial viability of new initiatives and projects.
• Reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops for insights.
• Support inventory management and cost-control initiatives.
