JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for overseeing the center's operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

This person will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance metrics, and review previous month's data to identify opportunities and trends.

The Collision General Manager must ensure vehicle repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable, adhering to Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of collision management experience
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
  • Advanced understanding of collision estimatics
  • Experience with CCC1
  • Knowledge of repair processes and procedures
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
  • Prioritization skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service skills for internal and external clients
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
