A leading human resources firm seeks an experienced specialist to provide support and advice on Collective Bargaining, Labour Relations, and Dispute Resolution for municipalities. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing complex relations within the Local Government sector, with qualifications in law, including a valid driver's license. This role is essential for improving employer-employee relationships through tailored interventions.
Purpose:
Provide specialist support, advice and capacity building services to municipalities on all matters relating to Collective Bargaining, Dispute Resolution and Labour Relations and provide HR support through tailored interventions to ensure strengthened labour relations in the LG Sector and improved employer-employee relationships in Municipalities.
