PayJoy is seeking a collections representative to provide customer service and advise on payments, aiming to reduce arrears in the portfolio. You will contact Merchants and clients to manage collections across assigned portfolios.
The role requires at least 1 year in collections or customer service, with strong communication, teamwork, and empathy under pressure. This is a full-time position based in Johannesburg.

The collections representative is responsible for providing customer service through the various means we have available to advise on their payments, in order to reduce the number of clients in arrears in the portfolio and the risk of overdue accounts receivable.
