About the Operations Manager position:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help us with planning, directing, and coordinating our company's operations.

Your responsibilities will include improving efficiency, performance, productivity, and profitability using effective approaches and tactics.

Besides, you will lead a team of managers, training managers, and other administrative personnel.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

1. Monitor company's operations and analyze their metrics, such as cost effectiveness, time, correctness, and so on.
2. Review and optimize existing operational systems, processes, and best practices.
3. Oversee the compliance of operations with specifications and quality requirements.
4. Work to support the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives.
5. Analyze financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.
6. Conduct quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
7. Organize materials purchases, inventory planning, and ensure warehouse efficiency.
8. Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise human resources.
9. Interact with clients and personnel to retrieve feedback.

Operations Manager Requirements:

1. 3+ years' experience in an Operations Manager position.
2. Profound experience with business and financial procedures, including budgets and forecasting.
3. Profound experience in budget development and oversight.
4. Excellent understanding of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
5. Basic IT skills, including experience with databases and MS Office.
6. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
7. BS degree in operations management or other related area.
