Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Intern and Admin Assistant located in Pretoria.

A portion of our firm's services include debt collection, and the role mainly involves assisting with making contact and follow-ups with debtors.

The role will also involve tasks such as administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative support, and clerical skills to support the operational needs of the firm.

This is not a Candidate Attorney position.

Qualifications
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in clerical and organizational tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
